• Once you've submitted your request, our team will triage your child. To help us best assess your child's needs, please provide as much information as possible on the form.​​

• We offer a variety of appointment options, including clinic appointments, online appointments, school visits, childcare visits, & home appointments. 

​

• We also offer one on one consultation appointments for parents to answer any questions while you are waiting for a regular appointment, there is a checkbox for this option on the waiting list request form. Please check this if you are interested in this.

• Please be advised that 4pm appointments are exclusively reserved for our current clients, and not available to new clients.
